NAVAX Group enters new business field

The NAVAX Group with its newly founded NAVAX Productivity Consulting GmbH enters the new business field of process and organization consulting. Up to now the corporate group was first and foremost known as IT system house and has successfully implemented more than 750 IT projects, e.g. for well-known companies such as Kapsch, Almdudler, KSV, Salzburger Festspiele and Oesterreichische Kontrollbank. The share of consultancy services continuously increased in the last three years. “New IT systems call for a change of processes and structures in order to realize their full potential. If you buy a new car but you use old, run-down tires you won’t drive any faster or more safely!” says Oliver Krizek, CEO of NAVAX Group. “Companies often do not know what their existing IT infrastructure has to offer or do not use new technologies efficiently. We do not only optimize processes. We also take into consideration the organization, human resources and the vision of the company and illustrate these improvements in existing or new IT solutions. Already in the design phase we consider what and how a company can reasonably implement. Our experience shows us what works well and where the challenges and pitfalls during the implementation phase loom”, Krizek goes on. The know-how and the experience from both fields of business, consultancy and IT-implementation, are a decisive reason for the attraction of new customers.

As a first step the NAVAX Productivity Consulting will cover the fields of process optimization, productivity-, interims- and CRM-Management. Predominantly consultancy services for the financial sector as well as the industrial sector are offered. In the initial phase the new company will rely on experienced specialists from the NAVAX Group and will cooperate with established consultancy companies. The acquisition of a consultancy company is also planned. “We are continuously searching for top talents. At NAVAX you can accompany all project steps from the first analysis to detailed implementation. Employees can see the success with their own eyes. Only few employers are able to offer this”, argues Krizek. In the medium run NAVAX Productivity Consulting shall establish itself in the entire region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

We are NAVAX AHTC!

Our fantastic hockey team NAVAX AHTC has achieved the sensational third place at the European Indoor Cup. Unfortunately this did not suffice for the promotion to the A league, but to be ranked third of eight participating teams still is a remarkable achievement. That is why we are unbelievably proud of our guys. The English East Grinstead HC emerged as the winner of this competition and our CEO Oliver Krizek awarded the winner’s cup. The silver medal went to a team from Ukraine, the Club Kolos Sekvoya Vinnitsa.
