In addition, the retailer portal accesses the database of the industry solution directly (without interfaces). This offers the following advantages:
- Data (e.g. requirements for vehicle coverage) that is acquired via the portal is visible in real time in the industry solution.
- Changes that are made in the industry solution (e.g. updated interest rates, rebate settlements, etc.) can be provided instantly and without a double acquisition in the portal. Retailers are always up to date, without having additional expenditure.
With the NC Document Builder, templates for various letters / documents (e.g. offers, contracts, etc.) that were generated in the system can easily be created in Microsoft Office Word by your key-users (without an external expert) and made accessible right away. The system automatically fills these templates during the operative processes with the content and data from the industry solution, which means less work for your employees.
