    The NAVAX Customer Care Center is available Monday to Friday between 08:00 clock to 17:00 clock. Also extended service hours can be arranged individually. Much of the concern can be solved immediately by phone and remote maintenance.

    With Direct Support our support staff operate remotely your PC as if they were sitting right in front - even through firewalls. In order to process tasks and problems as if we were at your place within a very short time - which saves you time and money.

    How does this work?

    You only need to start the small Direct Support Tool for which no installation and no administrator rights are required. Basis of the tools is the TeamViewer software with more than 100 million users worldwide.
