The rapid growth led to fragmented sales data in three legacy systems, which caused information disruptions. Without a standardised CRM, employees lacked an overview of workflows and processes, while the management lacked structured analyses of the order situation. In addition, the five sales departments worked with different tools and processes, which made customer contact more difficult.

Solution

The centralisation of all data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement optimises processes, automates workflows and eliminates manual work. Thanks to improved data quality, automatic address completion and duplicate cleansing, there is now a standardised customer base ("single point of customer") at the touch of a button. Freely configurable dashboards and Outlook integration enable efficient evaluation, seamless synchronisation and a completely digital, paperless way of working.

Austria's largest digital marketplace, willhaben, is one of the internet services and apps with the widest reach in Austria (source: www.oewa.at). It comprises the specialist markets of property, cars & motors, jobs & careers and a free marketplace for private advertisers. With more than 7.1 million active adverts (as of March 2020), willhaben offers its 65 million monthly users (visits) a platform where providers and interested parties can find each other quickly and easily.

Due to the rapid growth of willhaben, it was urgently necessary to manage our five business divisions via a common platform and to enable simple data exchange. NAVAX quickly convinced us that we could successfully realise this project together. Both companies are very similar culturally.
