Documents can be transferred to the Finmatics software via various channels such as email, upload, API, etc. Based on the initial sync of master data and historical booking data between Business Central and the Finmatics software, which is carried out with just a few clicks using Finmatics Autonomous Accounting, transferred documents are then separated and categorized (if necessary). Once the data has been extracted and enriched, appropriate booking proposals are provided. Specific cases can also be trained in the training center for future postings. This automation not only saves time, but also significantly reduces the need for manual intervention. Thanks to the “Finmatics Autonomous Accounting” interface from NAVAX, the functionality is seamlessly integrated into the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting system and users benefit from all the advantages in their familiar user interface.
