NAVAX Minds & Nusskipferl: AI as a strategic sparring partner in sales
A look back at the exclusive Business Breakfast for managers on 19 September 2025
Over nut croissants and coffee, an exciting morning got underway at NAVAX on 19 September, which was all about artificial intelligence and its practical application in everyday working life. Alexander Fiegl opened the exchange and welcomed the exclusive exchange round for managers. Under the motto "AI as a strategic sparring partner", Sebastian Wagner, Professional Consultant CRM, and Oliver Wesely, Team Lead AI, then presented how intelligent assistants are shaping the future of work.
The value of AI in everyday working life
The figures speak for themselves: in a survey of Microsoft Copilot users, an impressive 77% stated that they would no longer want to work without their AI partner. The reasons for this are varied and convincing: 70% report improved productivity, 68% experience a higher quality of work and 67% save valuable time that they can use for more important tasks.
A day with Microsoft 365 Copilot at NAVAX
The event was made particularly vivid by the demonstration of a typical working day with AI support. From the preparation of a customer meeting to the creation of pitch decks and the follow-up of meetings - Copilot accompanies employees through all phases of their working day.
The integration extends far beyond individual applications: Outlook helps with composing emails and meeting proposals, Excel provides data insights from financial forecasts, PowerPoint creates presentations based on existing documents, and Teams summarises meetings and automatically creates follow-up actions.
NAVAX Buddy: The solution for internal knowledge transfer
One highlight of the event was the presentation of NAVAX Buddy - an AI agent that has been specially developed for the challenges of day-to-day business. The problem is familiar to many companies: Full utilisation of resources, lack of filing structures, repetitive questions and loss of knowledge due to staff departures lead to bottlenecks in knowledge transfer.
The NAVAX Buddy addresses precisely these pain points. Whether HR questions about onboarding, holiday requests or core times, or IT topics such as password guidelines, licence requests or technical problems - the Buddy is available as a digital knowledge assistant. The demonstration showed impressively how natural language enquiries are answered in seconds with precise answers from the company's own knowledge database.
NAVAX CRM Buddy: Intelligence in sales
In addition to the NAVAX Buddy, Oliver Wesely also presented the NAVAX CRM Buddy - a specialised solution for sales teams. This chatbot in Microsoft Teams enables quick access to customer overviews, sales opportunities and leads - all controlled by natural language.
The practical use cases are diverse: sales employees can automatically generate weekly and daily overviews, prioritise opportunities or call up comprehensive customer overviews that combine master data, open sales opportunities, marketing activities and open tasks. Particularly exciting: the option of capturing leads and sales opportunities directly via chat or voice is already under development.
The future: multi-agent design
The outlook on the vision of NAVAX Buddy showed the potential of a multi-agent system: a central orchestrator coordinates specialised agents for SharePoint, ticketing, sales, products, HR, engineering and legal issues. This modular architecture makes it possible to intelligently network different areas of the company and provide employees with standardised access to all relevant information.
Conclusion: innovation begins with exchange
The event made it clear that the strategic use of AI goes far beyond technical gimmicks. It is about relieving the burden on employees, making knowledge available and basing decisions on better foundations. The open exchange emphasised the motto of the day: "The exchange of ideas is the beginning of innovation."
Anyone who missed the event can already look forward to the next format: on 5 December 2025, the event will continue with "Best practices in modern sales - through the working day with D365 Sales".
